2. Documentation Requirement

• You are required to maintain a usage log during the 6-week period, recording daily use of the BedBells alarm. This log may be requested by our customer service team to verify consistent use.

3. Return Process

• If you are not satisfied with the results after 6 weeks of consistent use, you may request a refund by contacting our customer service team at hello@tinkaly.com 
• Upon approval, you must return the BedBells bedwetting alarm in its original packaging and in good working condition. The product must be free from damage or excessive wear and tear.

4. Refund Details

• The refund will cover the cost of the BedBells bedwetting alarm only. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product in satisfactory condition.

5. Non-Eligible Returns

• If the BedBells alarm is returned damaged, without its original packaging, or if the usage log is not provided upon request, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
• Products returned after the 60-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
